What is Cancer 

Cancer is a disease that starts in our cells. Our bodies are made up of a trillion cells that are grouped together to form tissues and organs such as bones, the lungs, liver, and muscles. Sometimes, our cells get mixed up causing it to form lumps in our bodies, or they spread through the bloodstream and lymphatic. Someone who has cancer, as their body starts to grow, certain cells split and creates a new tissue while the other cells such as muscles, or nerve do not split and multiply. The human body, as specific genes called oncogenes, which is a cell that can transform into a tumor cell. Our bodies are made up of tiny cells, which are set into tissues and organs, cells of different tissues and organs divide differently.
