In the biological terms, let’s understand what cancer is. Cancer is a disease that can be defined as the “abnormal growth of cells, the cells divide even more than they should and they form lumps called tumours  (Carol Noll Hoskins, 2001-03-15).” “Breast is the part of women’s body that has fatty tissues and produces milk. There are the glands in the breast that are called lobules and they are linked with the nipples by the slender tubes called ducts. The beginning of the breast cancer starts in the ducts”  (Carol Noll Hoskins, 2001-03-15). Breast Cancer is one of the common disease found in women. Mostly women are diagnosed with this type of cancer. There are various methods through which breast cancer can be diagnosed, the first one is mammography through which the lump is detected and its size and growth should also be taken inconsideration  (Carol Noll Hoskins, 2001-03-15). The second is Stereotactic breast biopsy and it is used to detect the even suspicious lesions that are discovered through the mammogram  (Carol Noll Hoskins, 2001-03-15)
